Solar (PV) Installer Lead and Entry Solar (PV) Installation Technician
 
We are looking for motivated and skilled installation technicians to work full time on residential and industrial solar electricity generation installations. We are based in the San Fernando Valley consisting of a group of experienced and highly regarded energy professionals.

The installation technician will work at our workshop and travel to customer sites which are located throughout the Southern California region (primarily Los Angeles and Ventura Counties). Technician must have own transportation.

Necessary Talents: 

 | Great customer relations skills and clean appearance.
 | Detail oriented and safety conscious.
 | Work well independently and with others.
 | Able to motivate, direct an installation crew.
 | Thorough understanding of applicable codes.
 | Must have general construction skills as they may pertain to solar installations.
 | Willing and able to work on roof tops in hot and cold environments, crawl spaces and lift heavy loads.
 | Have own necessary hand tools.
 | Have a clean drivers license and transportation.
 | Punctual.
